Frozen (+ Dry goods)

Our fresh frozen goods are delivered to you by our cold chain delivery partners with frozen ambient trucks. This is to ensure your orders reaches you safely while it’s still freezing cold.


Available Area: Peninsular Malaysia (W)

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders will be sent out on every Monday & Thursday.
  • You will be expecting it the next working day, which is on Tuesday & Friday

**There are no deliveries if delivery day falls on a public holiday.

Self-Pick Up (Johor Bahru)

  • You can arrange a pick-up from our store in Perling, Johor Bahru.

How long can I receive my order?

We believe in giving your dog the freshest food. As our all-natural wholesome foods are freshly prepared and packed upon payment confirmation, the process lead time would be as per below:

Delivery Duration

Once order received, we will process in 2-3 working days. Our logistic partner will take:

  • 1-2 days to deliver the parcel (frozen goods)
  • 2-3 days to deliver the parcel (dry goods)

Tracking number will be notified via Whatsapp / Email once order is ready for delivery.

Please order at least 3 working days before the scheduled delivery dates.


Our team will contact you to confirm on delivery date once our kitchen has scheduled the preparation of your order. Once your order is confirmed, no changes/cancellation can be made.

If you miss a delivery as a result of a wrong address given to us by you or because nobody was home to receive, a re-delivery fee of same amount will be incurred. 


No refunds will be provided if the undelivered order is cancelled due to the customization and perishability of the food. We will not be liable for any damages, loss, or harm as a result from undelivered food.

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice via email or Whatsapp before your delivery day if you would like to re-schedule or have a change of address. Otherwise, the re-delivery surcharge will be incurred. (Refer to missed deliveries)

Paying with Credit / Debit cards & FPX

1. Select ‘Online Banking FPX’ for payments through online banking during check-out.


2. Select ‘Debit / Credit cards’ for payments using Visa or Mastercards.


3. Follow the instructions guided through the checkout process.

2. Have us informed once you have successfully made a payment. Send us through email / Whatsapp a snapshot of transaction summary as proof of payment.

3. Your order will be delivered once transaction is approved.

2. Bank in payment with Order ID as Payment Reference.


3. Send us through email/ Whatsapp a copy of transaction summary receipt (with our Bank Name, Account Holder) as proof of payment.


4. Your order will be delivered once we have received the confirmation.
