Supawfood Affiliate Terms of Use

By participating in Supawfood’s Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Participation

The Supawfood Affiliate Program is open to approved creators who align with our brand values and share genuine experiences with Supawfood products.

Participation does not guarantee sponsorship, free products, or long-term collaboration.

Supawfood reserves the right to approve, reject, pause, or terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Benefits

Personal Discount
• Affiliates may receive a personal discount code for their own Supawfood purchases
• This code is for personal use only
• Non-transferable
• Not stackable with other promotions

Affiliate Commission
• Affiliates earn a commission in the form of store credit
• Commission is calculated based on successful purchases made using the affiliate’s unique code
• Commission is calculated on net sales after discounts, refunds, or cancellations
• Store credit is credited monthly
• Store credit is redeemable for Supawfood products only
• No cash payouts unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Follower Discount Codes

• Follower discount codes are typically first-order only
• One-time use per customer
• Codes are not stackable with other promotions
• Supawfood reserves the right to adjust discount values or validity periods

4. Trial Period & Performance Review

• Affiliates are subject to a trial period (typically 3 months)
• Performance may be reviewed based on:
– Number of orders
– Order consistency
– Content quality and brand alignment

Following review, Supawfood may:
• Adjust commission rates
• Offer product seeding
• Upgrade or discontinue the collaboration

5. Content Guidelines

• Affiliates are encouraged to share honest and authentic experiences only
• No misleading, exaggerated, or unverified health claims
• No comparison or negative statements about competing brands
• Supawfood may repost affiliate content with credit unless otherwise requested

6. Code Usage & Misuse

• Affiliate codes must not be shared on coupon websites, deal groups, or paid ads unless approved
• Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in:
– Immediate termination
– Cancellation of pending store credits

7. Brand Rights

• Supawfood retains full ownership of all trademarks, branding, and product materials
• Participation in the affiliate program does not grant any ownership or exclusivity

8. Modification & Termination

Supawfood reserves the right to:
• Modify affiliate terms at any time
• Pause or terminate the affiliate program with or without notice

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Supawfood is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate program.

The Supawfood Affiliate Program is designed to be performance-based and built on mutual trust, transparency, and long-term alignment.
